Mr. “I Don’t Get Tired” has just been charged with simple battery after kicking a female fan at a concert.
The incident took place at Kevin’s recent show at Club Rumors in Florida. The young woman tugged at Gates’ shorts to get his attention and the rapper responded by kicking her in the face. After the video went viral over the weekend, the Lakeland, FL Police Department has taken situations into their own hands and filed a criminal complaint against the Louisiana rapper.
According to TMZ, “the case is now in the hands of the State Attorney’s Office.”
