Jerry Heller, the man who once managed rap supergroup N.W.A., believes Dr. Dre’s recent run-in with police where he was handcuffed and patted down in front of his home was “bullshit.”

TMZ caught up with the former head of Ruthless Records and discussed his thoughts on Dr. Dre’s alleged road rage incident. “As you know, professionally, I’m a big Dr. Dre fan. Personally, I’m not a big Dr. Dre fan, but I think this was all bullsh*t,” said Heller to the news outlet. “It just sounds like all bullsh*t to me. What did he do? He was trying to leave his house. The guy had his driveway blocked. You would have done the same thing.”

Heller called Dre’s recent run-in with police “unsettling” and said the same thing would not have happened to him if he had been in the same situation. “Without knowing all the facts, its seems to me that it was a racial issue,” he said. Heller and Dre have not had a good relationship since the early 1990s, and just last year he sued the producer over their biopic Straight Outta Compton. However, it seems that he’s put personal issues aside while commenting on this situation.
