King Ba, who is dating Chris Brown’s baby mama Nia Guzman, is wanted for check fraud, according to local Houston news outlet Click Houston.
Houston Police say King Ba forged U.S. Treasury checks totaling $5,000, deposited them into various bank accounts, and later withdrew the money. Surveillance photos have been released in order to help police locate the man, who also goes by the names Kevin, Kelvin, and Brazil.
Chris Brown commented on the situation after Baller Alert posted the story and the singer believes the situation is hypocritical, considering Nia tried to take visitation rights away from the singer following a break-in at his L.A. mansion. The singer wrote, “All that safety talk and not allowing me to see my daughter contradicts everything.”
