When Kandi Burruss and Phaedra Parks sat down to discuss the state of their friendship in last week’s episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, we thought Phae-Phae was being petty when she said she was hurt that Kandi was keeping some of Apollo’s belongings at her home because the federal government was looking for them. But it turns out she was telling the truth!
In addition to serving eight years behind bars for money laundering and check fraud, Apollo also owes his victims nearly $2 million in restitution, meaning the feds are eager to get their hands on any and all of his pricey possessions.

TMZ reports two days after Kandi confessed to storing Apollo’s 2014 Ducati and Yamaha Raptor ATV in her garage during the November 15 episode of RHoA, the feds were in court, getting an order from a judge allowing them to pay a visit to Casa Kandi and grab the fancy toys.
While the feds haven’t seized the pricey rides just yet, Kandi will be expected to turn them over to the government if and when she’s asked to do so.
