The Game has been ordered to pay up.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, The Game is been ordered to pay more than $7 million in damages to a reality TV dating show contestant who accused him of sexual assault back in 2015. He requested a new trial, but was denied by a federal appeals court in Illinois. The judgement stems from a 2016 lawsuit, where the 39-year-old rapper lost a $10 million lawsuit to Priscilla Rainey, who was former contestant on his VH1 reality dating show, “She’s Got Game.”

Rainey accused Game of sexually assaulting her during an “off-camera date” at a Chicago sports bar in May 2015. During the date, she claimed that the rapper was “out of control,” drunk and on drugs. Rainey also alleged that the Compton rapper sexually assaulted her several times, repeatedly lifted up her skirt and groped her. Rap-Up reports that Game fired back at her allegations on social media and called Rainey a “thirsty Gatorade mascot of a transvestite.”

Rainey confronted Game about the allegations on camera on a tour bus in front of other contestants. She was told to get off the bus, but instead, she shared the details of her assault with the camera crew, Vibe reports. She went on to file a lawsuit for sexual battery. The Game appealed the initial ruling. However, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the lower court’s ruling on Thursday (Oct. 17), denying his appeal.

The Seventh Circuit found the damages awarded to Rainey to be “fair and reasonable.” As a result, The Game has to pay a $7.13 million judgement.

“Taylor did not take the litigation seriously,” writes Circuit Judge TK Sykes when speaking of The Game, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor. “He evaded process, trolled Rainey on social media, dodged a settlement conference, and did not bother to show up at trial. His attorney asked for a continuance, but the judge denied that request, dismissing Taylor’s proffered excuse as an elaborate ruse.”
