Update: Stevie J will not face any jail time for repeatedly avoiding to pay back child support and violating his probation stemming from a 2017 plea deal. On Friday, May 18, a judge took Stevie off of supervised release and decided to not give him any jail time for the offenses.

However, the producer and famed reality star still owes $1.3 million in child support, which he will work out with the Financial Litigation Unit.

Last February, Stevie J agreed to three years of probation and to pay back $1,304,835 of child support that the government says he owes. However, Stevie was called back into Manhattan Federal Court on Monday (March 5) after Judge Paul Crotty learned that Stevie seemingly stopped making his installment payments. The famed producer also reportedly failed drug screens that were part of his deal.

Stevie pled guilty on Monday to charges that he broke the plea deal, and Judge Crotty told the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star to prepare for a stint in jail when he turns himself in next month.
