Nelly was arrested for allegedly raping a woman in Washington in October of 2017. The accuser Monique Greene would go on to drop her charges against the rapper and stop cooperating in the case after she says that Nelly and his team were bullying her and tarnishing her in the media. Greene went on to later file a lawsuit against the St. Louis native for sexual assault and defamation.

Now, it is being reported by TMZ that Greene has gone to court and requested that a judge order Nelly not to do to other women what she is alleging that he did to her. In a new court document, the woman claims that Nelly plots to sexually assault women, specifically “beautiful women of color with beautiful faces and curvy figures” at his concerts. She suggests that there is a whole agenda set up that includes someone from Nelly’s entourage who will seek out the women to invite backstage. Greene states that Nelly “is particularly attracted to women who were resistant.”

In detailing what happened that night on his tour bus, Greene says that Nelly masturbates in front of women. She says he does this with “the expectation that presenting himself would entitle him to sexual gratification and that the women were drawn to and could not resist his penis.” She then goes on to allege that if a woman resists that Nelly goes as far as to “sexually accost and/or assault her.” She claims the rapper will go as far as ejaculating on the woman. In the document, Greene is also claiming that there are other women she is in contact with who Nelly has done the same things too.

In the legal documents, Greene is requesting an injunction against Nelly and his private parts. Through this whole ordeal, the rapper has maintained his innocence and is countersuing his accuser for false rape allegations.

The evidence in the alleged rape case was released to the public earlier this month.
