Missy Elliott ‘worked it’ and happily flaunted her massive weight loss last night at a performance celebrating the launch of fashion designer Alexander Wang’s H&M men’s line in Washington Heights.

The 43-year-old who battles Graves’ Disease and has focused on diet & exercise ever since being diagnosed looked healthy & happy. She rocked it!!
