As confirmed by TMZ, Kanye has made a deal to buy a mega unit in an exclusive 18-story Miami Beach condo building, that has recently been dubbed “Billionaire Beach Bunker.” The unit is 4,700 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, and a large terrace, while the building itself is occupied with a gym, pool, and spa.

The condominium is located right on Miami Beach, while it’s original price was listed at $15.5 million.
