Nick Young has reached an agreement with his rape accuser.

According to TMZ Sports, the Los Angeles Lakers small forward worked out an undisclosed deal with the woman who accused him of rape four years ago.

The alleged victim claimed that Young gave her a date-rape drug at a Hollywood bar in 2011 before raping her at his home. She was reportedly examined at the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center following the incident and TMZ Sports reports that the injuries she had were consistent with rape.

Originally, police dismissed the woman’s claim in 2011. The alleged victim then filed a civil suit in 2013, followed by a demand for $3 million. However, Young refused to pay her for years before reaching a confidential agreement of undisclosed terms.

The settlement does not signal an admission of guilt within the court system.
