With Erykah Badu as the confirmed host for this year’s Soul Train Awards, it’s not clear what could go down. But while the event’s agenda is still up in the air, the honorees have been set in stone. Centric Network announced that it will honor Jill Scott and Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds at this year’s show.

Jill Scott will receive the first-ever Lady of Soul Award, and it’s pretty clear why she will be the first recipient of the title. She also earned her second No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this summer with her most recent release, Woman.
