Jay Z and Beyonce have reportedly completed a joint album they have been working on, and they are scheduled to release it on TIDAL “very soon.”

The power couple are using the album as their official follow-up to statements made by Beyonce  on her latest album “Lemonade,” where she addresses adultery in their relationship. “Jay and Beyonce were never going to do an interview to address all the questions that came up after LEMONADE,” an insider said. “It’s more their style to respond through music.” The album will be released exclusively on TIDAL. Neither Jay Z or Beyonce have confirmed the album at this time, but DJ Skee said back in 2014 that a joint project between the two was in the works. The news came shortly after they rapped up their “On the Run Tour.” The couple has collaborated on numerous tracks together in the past, including Beyonce’s breakout solo single “Crazy In Love.” They even remade 2pac’s “Me and My Girlfriend” in 2002 with “03 Bonnie and Clyde.” More recently the two have gotten together for “Drunk in Love” from Beyonce’s self titled album and “On The Run,” and Jay Z’s “Magna Carta Holy Grail.” Other collaborations between the two include “Upgrade U” and “Deja Vu.”

This will be Jay Z’s fourth collaborative album. His other three include “Best of Both Worlds” 1 and 2 with R Kelly and “Watch the Throne” with Kanye West. Beyonce has never released a collaborative project, aside from when she was still doing music with her group Destiny’s Child. The singer shocked fans earlier this year when she dropped her latest album “Lemonade” which featured “Sorry,” a song where she explicitly addresses her husband cheating on her. Both the visuals aired on HBO, and the song lyrics kept bloggers suspecting who the woman Jay Z cheated with was for weeks. Fashion designer Rachel Roy was thrown in the mix when she used a line from the song in a tweet. She later denied the rumors. The power couple might be saving the real answer for the upcoming joint album.
