Update: A female suspect is dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound following a shooting at YouTube headquarters in San Bruno, California. San Francisco General Hospital revealed that they received three patients from the shooting, including one male and one female in serious condition, and another female in fair condition. Another patient was admitted to Stanford Medical Center from the incident, but their condition was unknown.
One witness, who wanted to just be identified as Jesse, said he saw a woman shot in the leg and another woman shot multiple times inside YouTube’s courtyard.
According to CBS, there is an active shooter at the YouTube headquarters in San Bruno, California. Possible injuries have been reported.
YouTube employee Vadim Lavrunsik tweeted: “Active shooter at YouTube HQ. Heard shots and saw people running while at my desk. Now barricaded inside a room with coworkers.” He later updated his followers saying: “Safe. Got evacuated it. Outside now.”
Sources say multiple 911 calls were received and police are now on the scene.
