Yesterday, Bobbi Kristina turned 20 years old. In honor of her special day, Bobbi Kristina posted a photo of herself and a small heartfelt note to her late mother, Whitney Houston, on Instagram.
In it she writes, “I pray I’m growing into the phenomenal woman you always knew I’d become mommy, I love you and miss you immensely and I always will. You are my heart. You are my life. You are my everything. You are my motivation. You are me. I am you. We are one. Forever and always. I love you my lady.”
On top of coping with her mother’s death, Bobbi Kristina has reportedly had a number of ups and downs with her boyfriend Nick Gordon. She’s also been filming episodes for her family’s reality TV show, The Houstons: On Our Own. In early January, Bobbi Kristina shared her negative feelings on Twitter about her grandmother’s tell-all book about Whitney. If all of that wasn’t enough, last week her father, Bobby Brown, was sentenced to 55 days in jail for driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license.
