Big Sean made an appearance on Big Boy TV to continue the promotion of his new album, I Decided, on Monday, February 6, and while talking up the project, shared a conversation he had with Eminem in regards to their “No Favors” collaboration. Sean spoke about wanted to make sure he communicated just how thankful he was that the rap god obliged him on the track, but having Em humble himself with a compliment of his own.

“He was just like, man it’s an honor to be on it. He was like I respect you. He was like you’re one of the most dangerous emcees,” Big Sean recalled. “You know, he was like I don’t like a lot of people, I’ma keep it real with you. He was like, I’m critical, but he was like every time I hear you though I’m always listening to hear where you go with it.”

It has been only four days since the album’s release and “No Favors” has already built a huge buzz, with fans of the craft expressing amazement over the level of skill Eminem’s wordplay still exhibits in conjunction with the technical nuances of his flow on the track. More passive listeners were just as impressed in having been grabbed by his sensational references to Donald Trump, Aaron Hernandez, and Michel’le. Meanwhile, with each day that passes, Sean is receiving good news, with I Decided projected to land at #1 on the Billboard albums chart with approx. 173,000 units sold.
