He’s been seen out at a few events somewhat holding it together, but yesterday it became too much for him and he broke down in public, while attending the 26th Annual Heroes And Legends Awards with his wife,Alicia Etheredge, on Sunday (9-27-15). As his friend, comedian Tommy Davidson stood on stage and expressed the love and respect he has for him, a swarm of all kinds of emotions seemed to take over and Bobby couldn’t stop his tears from pouring. "In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon," Brown's lawyer, Christopher Brown, told Us Weekly in a statement on Monday, Sept. 28.
He continued: "Mr. Gordon made headlines when he filed his Motion to Dismiss the lawsuit pending in Superior Court that seeks to hold him responsible for 40 Million Dollars in damages. However, the Motion was frivolous and instead of having it heard by the Court, he has chosen to withdraw the Motion, ending that matter so that he could avoid having to give his deposition which was scheduled for the day he withdrew the Motion. Mr. Gordon will now have to give his deposition under oath."
Although the information that has been confirmed surrounding Bobbi Kristina’s cause of death are sealed and being kept secret until the investigation is over, Bobby B. and his lawyer make it no secret that they firmly believe that Nick Gordon had something to do with it.
We’ll have to sit back and wait for all of the facts to come out, but in the meantime we’ll keep praying for Bobby B. and the Brown and Houston families.
